Job summary

Highland Friendship Club is seeking a Program Coordinator to help design, implement, and evaluate programs for adults with developmental and learning disabilities. This role blends remote administrative work with in-person and hybrid programming to support members and families.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure safety, and collaborate with staff on program improvement, data collection, and member engagement. Some evening/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in social work, education, human services, or related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in relevant community programming or services is a plus.
• Experience coordinating programs and working with people with disabilities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Attend and lead in-person and virtual programming, ensuring safety and policy adherence.
• Support staff, contractors, and volunteers to maintain program quality.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all aspects of programming.
