Job summary

DIVINE CONNECT CARE INC in Hyattsville, MD seeks a Residential Coordinator to supervise homes and staff, ensuring services meet DDA, county, state, and federal requirements. You’ll develop outcomes, provide behavioral programming, and collect data to support active treatment plans across waivers in DC/MD.

You will attend meetings, assist management with new programs, and ensure alignment with the company mission and goals, requiring strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; exceptions may be approved based on experience.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Self-directed with ability to support the supported persons and staff.
• Must meet state criminal background checks and complete training requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage assigned residential homes and staff.
• Collaborate with DCCI residential homes to assess needs.
• Determine best programs for each person based on needs.
• Oversee crisis management and procurement of household supplies in compliance with reporting.
• Document Daily Data Collection and active treatment plans.
• Attend department meetings to align programs with goals.
• Support program compliance with waiver requirements and reporting.
