Job summary

Community Interactions, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to support Delaware residential homes. You will collaborate with the Residential Director and Team Leaders to manage daily operations, coordinate person-centered services, and ensure program integrity.

You will train staff, monitor outcomes, and participate in team planning with DDDS Supports Coordinator. The role offers hybrid remote/in-person work, pre-employment screening, and opportunities in a mission-driven organization serving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3–5 years’ work experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge of division rules, regulations, and policies concerning care, treatment, and rehabilitation.
• Experience with on-site residential programs and case management.
• Ability to draft and analyze reports and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Outlook Calendar and coordinates home QA visits.
• Completes monthly QA audits and Pre-planning meetings.
• Prepares for PCPs and attends PCPs and interdisciplinary meetings.
