Job summary

Future Planner Careers in the Los Angeles area is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead university partnerships, recruit interns, and manage candidate experience. You will be the primary contact for partners and interns, conduct interviews, and turn program data into insights for strategy.

You will collaborate with the Program Manager to grow the partner network, support a strong intern cohort, and keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination, university recruiting, talent acquisition, or educational administration.
• Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Comfort working with data: entering, organizing, and analyzing information.
• Familiarity with Handshake, LinkedIn, and CRM or project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with partners, candidates, and interns.

Responsibilities

• Lead university and partner liaison, managing relationships with career centers and employers.
• Coordinate candidate recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding for interns.
• Analyze program data and prepare reports for the Program Manager.
• Maintain CRM records for participants, partners, and engagement activity.
• Coordinate events, communications, and resource development for the program.
