FoundationCCC is seeking a Programs Coordinator for Higher Education Partnerships in Riverside County. The role focuses on coordinating LAUNCH apprenticeship processes, data management, and supporting apprentices from onboarding to completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2)+ years of related work experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
• Experience in education or non-profit environment preferred.
• Mission-driven, equity-minded individuals with a strong desire to impact lives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apprentice onboarding and maintain apprenticeship records and documentation.
• Enter, maintain and process Riverside City College apprenticeship tracking spreadsheets and related records.
• Coordinate collection of apprentice evaluations and completion documentation to support progress and compliance.
