Job summary

Hybrid work requires three in-office days weekly, with the possibility of interim executive support duties as needed. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in a related field and about 5 years of experience in a relevant role, plus demonstrated

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program/office coordination.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-level project coordination to the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs and Career Development.
• Plans and supports meetings, develops agendas, and ensures minutes and action items.
• Pulls data, generates graphics, and writes reports.
• Collects and organizes data for surveys and responds to ad hoc requests.
• Provides interim executive-level administrative support as needed.
