Job summary

The Builder Platform at The Engine in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Program Coordinator to keep programming, content, and events running on schedule. You will handle logistics for virtual sessions and in-person convenings, coordinate content production, and draft TBP newsletters while keeping the TBP website current.

You'll report to the Senior Manager, Partner Engagement & Workforce Development, and collaborate with the Communications Lead and Ops team.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum in program coordination, events, communications, or operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, concise writer and able to communicate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics for TBP virtual programming and in-person convenings.
• Draft session descriptions, invites, reminders, and post-session follow-ups.
• Coordinate content production and newsletters.
• Maintain TBP website content and calendars.
• Support team with presentations and SOPs.
• Data tracking and reporting in shared systems.
