Job summary

The Engine, through The Builder Platform, is hiring a Program Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery of TBP programming, events, and content across virtual and in-person formats. You will manage logistics, newsletters, and day-to-day support for the TBP team, collaborating with NSF and Engine participants.

You will help maintain calendars, content pipelines, and data quality while drafting engaging materials for diverse ecosystem builders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of program coordination, events, communications, or operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Clear, concise writing and strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Airtable, HubSpot, Circle, and similar tools; interest in AI-powered workflows.
• Team player with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate TBP's virtual and in-person programming logistics and follow-ups.
• Draft session descriptions, invite participants, reminders, and post-session recaps.
• Manage the content calendar and track milestones; prepare newsletters and social content.
• Draft TBP newsletters (weekly cohorts, monthly updates) and support website updates.
• Provide general coordination and administrative support; create SOPs for processes.
• Maintain accurate data records and contribute to Milestones reports.
