Job summary

The Engine in Cambridge, MA seeks a Program Coordinator for The Builder Platform to keep programming, content, and events on schedule. You will manage logistics for virtual sessions and in-person convenings, coordinate content production, and support day-to-day TBP operations.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner Engagement & Workforce Development, you will collaborate with the Communications and Ops teams, draft newsletters, maintain the TBP website, and help design presentations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program coordination, events, communications, or operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong calendar/logistics management and attention to detail.
• Clear, concise writer with newsletter drafting ability.
• Familiarity with AI tools for workflow improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage TBP programming logistics for virtual sessions and in-person convenings.
• Draft session descriptions, invite participants, send reminders, and log follow-ups.
• Coordinate content production and track milestones in shared systems.
• Draft TBP newsletters and manage website updates.
• Provide administrative support to the TBP team and develop SOPs.
