Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative, social science or related fields.
• Highly proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, INDEX + MATCH).
• Keen analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Stellar oral and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership of work.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Extremely organized with strong prioritization.
• French language proficiency is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first level of review of quarterly reports to support timely payments.
• Become an expert in our online reporting system to assist partner agencies.
• Analyze data to tell the story of program features and spending trends.
• Support partner agencies’ compliance with policies and grant guidelines.
• Collaborate to revise procedures and communicate impact of policy changes.
• Complete other quantitative and analytical tasks as assigned.
