Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Product Manager, Power Electronics to lead the full product lifecycle from concept to obsolescence in Sidney, OH. You will define roadmaps, manage P&L, and translate market needs into differentiating solutions that drive profitable growth.

Collaborate with engineering, operations and commercial teams to deliver high-impact products. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, engineering, strategy or a related role.
• Experience analyzing product financial performance including revenue, cost, margin, ROI.
• Experience supporting new product development and commercialization activities.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 5-year product roadmaps from development to obsolescence.
• Set priorities for new developments and manage product P&L to optimize margins.
• Create business cases outlining expected returns.
• Define product positioning and ensure designs meet use cases.
• Own and maintain product information throughout the lifecycle.
• Gather Voice of Customer insights to inform features and functionality.
• Translate market insights into clear requirements and technical direction.
• Balance growth, cost and profitability through product lifecycle management.
• Own data integrity and alignment with global data standards.
• Support pricing strategy and enable value-based pricing with Pricing.
• Develop sales enablement tools and product documentation.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
