Qualifications

• 5+ years of product analytics or business analytics experience.
• Client-facing experience articulating design and methodology while incorporating feedback into product definitions.
• Healthcare consulting experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user stories and technical features for development teams.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses (Tableau preferred) for stakeholders.
• Define and track KPIs across the product portfolio and measure adoption.
• Conduct customer behavior analysis to inform roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, business leaders, and engineering to deliver new product experiences.
