BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is seeking a Product Consultant to manage post-launch activities, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and monitor product performance. The role emphasizes improving member and client experiences while aligning with broader product strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in job related field.
• Three (3) years of product experience (wellness, virtual care, transparency, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage external vendor after launch and implementation including onboarding and invoicing.
• Analyze and submit aggregate summaries of product efficacy for clients and lines of business.
• Provide customer support for activities and programs; maintain training and marketing materials.
• Maintain detailed procedures and data-source documentation; develop policies and onboarding processes.
• Create charts or narratives and monitor trends to address healthcare utilization changes.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams and report to leadership with clear updates.
