Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive the development of high-value Social Determinants of Health features. You will partner with product managers and agile teams, help manage backlog, and ensure clear documentation and testing input for ongoing product support.

The role emphasizes data interpretation, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-functional communication to improve solutions and outcomes in healthcare programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related project/program management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience may be accepted.
• Healthcare or managed care experience.
• Familiarity with agile planning tools such as Jira and Mural.

Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to identify insights and guide product development.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners and agile delivery teams to shape backlog and strategy.
• Document business requirements for user stories and contribute to acceptance criteria.
• Mentor other analysts and support scrum ceremonies to ensure clear communication.
