Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) is seeking a Product Analyst to partner with product managers, directors, and engineering teams to drive data-informed product strategy and roadmaps. You will translate requirements into user stories, develop dashboards and analyses, track KPIs, analyze customer behavior, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver valuable product experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
5+ years in product analysis, business analysis, or related analytics roles.
Client-facing experience translating design and methodology into product definitions.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into user stories and features for development teams.
Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses to provide actionable insights.
Define and track KPIs across the product portfolio.
Conduct customer behavior analyses to inform roadmap decisions.
Collaborate with product managers and engineering to deliver new experiences.
Share insights with senior leaders to influence roadmaps.
