Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City seeks a Product Manager to oversee assigned insurance products and drive regulatory filings and product strategy. You will conduct in-depth analyses, define requirements, and support product management in a regulated insurance environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, adherence to industry regulations, and ongoing professional development in a large, mission-driven health plan context.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of relevant experience in product management or related field within the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Understanding of product management principles and methodologies within the insurance sector.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and internal policies.
• May provide business training on existing products and on product changes; provide SME consultation for product management.
• Conduct competitor analysis, assessing insurance product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
