Specialty Dental Brands (SDB) is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Nashville to ensure our practices have the products and support they need. You will collaborate with practice teams, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues, coordinate purchasing, and provide responsive service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work in a hybrid schedule, three days in the office and two remote, with responsibilities including monitoring requests, supporting vendors, and driving process

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management is preferred.
• Proficiency with Zendesk, Halo, Coupa, or similar systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and respond to procurement requests via mailbox and ticketing system.
• Provide timely follow-up and support to practices, vendors, and internal partners.
• Assist with vendor pricing changes, invoice questions, and order-related concerns.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and practice teams.
• Support users with Coupa access, navigation, and troubleshooting.
• Train Office Managers on purchasing processes and how to place orders.
• Provide documentation and guidance for procurement procedures.
• Track assignments, deadlines, and outstanding action items.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and user experience.
