DSJ Global in Nashville seeks a senior strategic sourcing lead to negotiate national supplier agreements with an annual spend of $50M–$100M. You will partner with stakeholders and advisory groups to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to deliver measurable value across the organization.

The role is hybrid (4 days on-site, 1 day remote) with relocation assistance provided.

• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects from market assessment through contract implementation.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and award recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to maximize value and reduce risk.
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, contract documentation, and CLM system activities.
• Analyze supplier performance, market trends, and category intelligence.
