Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, industrial operations, or a related environment is preferred.
• Experience supporting procure-to-pay processes and maintaining procurement documentation.
• Strong organizational and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
• Ability to learn about materials such as pipe, valves, fittings.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create and process requisitions and receipts using Oracle.
• Support procure-to-pay activities, including requisitioning, receiving, invoice resolution, and sourcing.
• Collaborate with buyers, engineers, project teams, and suppliers to coordinate procurement requirements.
• Monitor purchase orders and delivery requirements to support timely fulfillment.
• Maintain procurement documentation, records, and transaction information.
• Support procurement reporting and administrative supply chain activities.
• Assist with purchasing of materials including pipe, valves, fittings.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and documentation.
