Job summary

Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a growing multi-location fitness organization to hire a proactive Procurement Coordinator. This role supports purchasing for new club openings, existing locations, facilities maintenance, and equipment needs in Greenwood Village, CO, with a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, coordinating vendor shipments, tracking backorders, and assisting Accounts Payable and facilities teams to drive purchase efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience creating and managing purchase orders and working directly with suppliers.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort navigating multiple software platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently investigate issues and drive them to resolution.
• Proactive communication skills and a strong sense of accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders from initial request through delivery and invoice reconciliation.
• Coordinate purchasing for new club openings, including equipment, fixtures, supplies, and operational materials.
• Track vendor confirmations, shipments, deliveries, backorders, and outstanding orders.
• Support facilities and maintenance purchasing, including replacement parts, repair materials, and equipment.
• Research vendors, products, pricing, and alternative sourcing options.
• Investigate and resolve purchasing discrepancies, invoice issues, delivery delays, and receiving problems.
• Partner with Accounts Payable, Construction, Facilities, Operations, and other internal teams to keep purchasing activities on track.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation across multiple systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes and workflows as the organization grows.
