Capital Group's Enterprise Change Office (ECO) seeks a Process Design & Optimization Delivery Lead to drive high‑complex transformations across business domains. You will independently lead strategic PD&O efforts through the full life cycle with guidance from senior management to increase scale and efficiency.

You are a trusted leader and skilled communicator who can develop and facilitate a consultative engagement approach, including governance, benefits realization, and change management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management consulting or transformation leadership experience; or 15+ years in business analysis, end-to-end process design/re-engineering/optimization for large, complex initiatives.
• Strategic leader who can define scope, prioritize outcomes, set effective success measures, and establish work approaches.
• At least 5 years of people management experience leading senior practitioners.
• Leverage problem-solving to unlock measurable business results and shift operating ways.
• Experience with Change Management and agile environments.
• Strong communicator and facilitator who is authentic, respectful and engaging.
• Curious about technology with collaboration with technology teams.
• Able to build relationships with clients, team members and shared services.
• Proficient with AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Solid understanding of the asset management industry.
• Strong organizational skills; self-directed and delivery-focused.
