• Evaluate downstream impacts across concurrent initiatives before implementation.
• Serve as strategic advisor by challenging methodologies and balancing risk.
• Lead complex cross-functional programs from concept through transition to BAU.
• Partner with Process Owners, Risk, Policy Owners, and technology teams to drive aligned execution.
• Apply portfolio-management discipline to prioritize work and manage dependencies.
• Develop concise executive presentations, dashboards, and communications.
• Facilitate governance routines, drive accountability, and resolve material issues.
