The Role

As a Director in ECI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business through large-scale, high-impact programs. You will:

• Lead major transformation projects and programs across multiple departments.
• Define and recommend innovative ideas and solutions to complex business challenges.
• Oversee dependencies, risks, and conflicts across the ECI portfolio to achieve enterprise-wide outcomes.
• Drive change adoption at scale, measuring readiness and effectiveness across functions.
• Deliver compelling executive-level narratives and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, guiding their career development and performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 15–20 years of relevant experience in transformation, program leadership, or operational excellence.
• Proven ability to deliver complex cross-functional initiatives in large organizations.
• Mastery of Lean Six Sigma and project/program methodologies (Green/Black Belt and ADKAR certification required within 1 year).
• Strong executive presence, with experience influencing C-suite stakeholders.
• Financial services background preferred, particularly in asset/wealth management.
