• Experience independently leading large/complex business and technology initiatives.
• Asset management experience; ideally delivering technology-related change with broad business/organizational impacts.

• Ability to influence at the Director Level and above.
• Experience with strategic and/or operational project delivery (business strategy, process improvement, change management).
• Skilled communicator who values authenticity, respect and engagement.
