Job summary

Principal Asset Management is seeking a Process Owner to drive end-to-end process design and ongoing performance within our Process Center of Excellence. You will own processes, develop roadmaps, map processes, and partner with stakeholders across the business to prioritize improvements and measure impact.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, change management, and strong collaboration to deliver efficient, compliant operations in a complex financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in process management or reengineering.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and develop data-driven solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end processes and conduct impact and cost-benefit analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps for process design and capital spend.
• Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, and related docs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align initiatives.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance metrics.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; ensure compliance.
• Support change management including communication and training.
