Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years related experience with VPSX or Azure-hosted print servers.
• Automation experience in deployment/recovery processes.
• Experience with n-tier solutions.
• Resilience modeling and outage simulation experience.
• Ability to translate requirements into service architecture and drive QoS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise print servers and services (Windows Print Servers, VPSX).
• Coordinate print server migrations and printer fleet transitions.
• Lead and participate in weekly operational meetings and cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with Endpoint Services, VDI Ops, and vendors for deployments like IGEL OS on Windows 11 VDI.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated print issues with minimal user disruption.
• Document and maintain print infrastructure standards and procedures.
• Provide cross-training sessions on IGEL/VPSX and related tools.
• Administer and monitor Azure Print Services and Azure Portal configurations.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for task tracking, automation, and deployments.
• Support cloud-based print solutions integrated with on-premise infra.
