Job summary

HCLTech seeks an experienced Client Print Application Software Support Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise print infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments. This role includes managing VPSX, LRS, IDB, and related tools, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating upgrades.

The candidate should have strong Windows Server and Linux administration, PowerShell or Bash scripting, ITIL-based processes, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Microsoft Windows Server certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise print infrastructure, print servers, and workflows.
• Manage output management solutions such as VPSX, LRS, and IDB.
• Troubleshoot print applications, printer issues, and workflow failures.
• Coordinate application upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
• Manage printer drivers, firmware updates, and print management platforms.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of print services.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support processes.
