Job summary

Providence is seeking a Print Administrator to oversee enterprise print services, including print servers, VPSX, and endpoint configurations. You will ensure secure, reliable operations and support Azure Print Services and related deployments.

Candidates should have VPSX/Azure-hosted printer experience, automation skills, and strong collaboration across IT teams. This hybrid role is open to candidates within the regional footprint near Lubbock, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5 years related experience with VPSX or Azure-hosted print servers.
• Experience in automation for deployment, recovery, or manual processes.
• Experience with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise print servers and services (Windows Print Servers, VPSX).
• Coordinate and execute print server migrations and printer fleet transitions.
• Lead and participate in weekly operational meetings and cross-team sessions.
• Collaborate with Endpoint Services, VDI Ops, and vendors to support deployments like IGEL OS for Windows 11 VDI.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated print-related issues with minimal end-user impact.
• Document and maintain print infrastructure standards, configurations, and procedures.
