Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5+ years with VPSX print management or Azure-hosted print servers.
• Experience in automation of deployment or recovery processes.
• Experience with resilience modeling and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise print servers and services (Windows Print Servers, VPSX).
• Coordinate print server migrations and printer fleet transitions.
• Lead and participate in weekly operational meetings and cross-team initiatives.
• Collaborate with Endpoint Services, VDI Ops and vendors for deployments (IGEL OS on Windows 11 VDI).
• Troubleshoot escalated print issues and document standards and procedures.
• Provide cross-training and monitor Azure Print Services and Azure Portal configurations.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for task tracking and deployment of print-related scripts.
• Support cloud-on-premise print solution integrations.
