Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, CS, Math, or related field.
• 5+ years of VPSX print management system or Azure-hosted print servers experience.
• Experience with automation for deployment/recovery processes.
• Experience with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling.
• Ability to translate requirements into service architecture and drive live-site prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise print servers and services (Windows Print Servers, VPSX).
• Coordinate migrations and printer fleet transitions.
• Lead and participate in weekly operational meetings.
• Collaborate with Endpoint Services, VDI Ops, and partners to support deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated print issues; document standards.
