Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5 years of related experience with VPSX print management or Azure-hosted print servers.
• Experience with automation for deployment, recovery, or manual processes.
• Experience with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise print servers including Windows Print Servers and VPSX.
• Coordinate print server migrations and printer fleet transitions.
• Lead and participate in weekly operational meetings.
• Collaborate with Endpoint Services, VDI Ops, and vendor partners for deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated print issues with minimal user disruption.
• Document and maintain print infrastructure standards and procedures.
• Provide cross-training through IGEL / VPSX sessions.
• Administer and monitor Azure Print Services via Azure Portal.
• Use Azure DevOps for task tracking, automation, and deployment of print services.
• Support integration of cloud-based print solutions with on-premises infrastructure.
