Dentons US LLP is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our Strategic Pricing team in a hybrid role with a two-day in-office requirement. The analyst will support data gathering, financial modeling, and reporting for pricing requests across practice areas, including client RFPs, AFAs, and annual rate reviews.

Working with senior attorneys and business services colleagues, you will build models, prepare profitability analyses, and contribute to the firm’s revenue strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in pricing, pricing analysis, or related function within law firm or professional services preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and spreadsheet skills; ability to build and maintain models and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in compiling data and building financial models for fee proposals and pricing requests.
• Evaluate AFAs, including fixed fees, blended rates, and success fees, with profitability and realization summaries.
• Perform analysis for pricing positions, matter budgets, and staffing assumptions under guidance of senior team members.
• Communicate pricing risks and rewards clearly to attorneys and leadership.
• Support annual rate-setting processes and client-specific rate analyses with benchmarking data.
