The role partners with Finance, Business Development, Billing and attorneys to develop pricing models, client proposals, and RFP responses, with a focus on AFAs and staffing structures.

This hybrid role requires strong analytical abilities, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 4+ years of pricing, finance, or related experience.
• Experience supporting partners or attorneys with complex pricing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter resource for pricing-related requests and analyses.
• Develop complex pricing models to assess fee arrangements and scenarios.
• Lead preparation of pricing narratives, analyses, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments to gather and validate data.
• Analyze pricing methodologies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc pricing reports and trend analyses.
• Monitor external pricing sources to inform strategy.
• Develop and maintain pricing templates and tools.
• Monitor performance of alternative fee arrangements and support recommendations.
• Support implementation of pricing systems and user adoption.
