Dentons US LLP is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join the Strategic Pricing team. This hybrid role involves data gathering, financial modeling, and reporting to support pricing requests across practice areas, including client RFPs and AFAs.

You will work closely with attorneys and business services to contribute to revenue strategy and client value delivery. The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, collaboration skills, and a passion for legal pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience; familiarity with legal pricing or related function is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and spreadsheet skills; ability to present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in compiling data and building financial models for fee proposals and pricing requests.
• Support evaluation of AFAs, including fixed fees and blended rates, with profitability analyses.
• Perform financial analyses to support pricing positions, matter budgets, and staffing assumptions.
• Communicate pricing risks and rewards with clear data presentation.
• Provide front-line support for US Fee Requests and rate/pricing inquiries.
