Job summary

Life Fitness is seeking a Demand Planner / Inventory Analyst in Rosemont, IL to forecast demand, manage inventory, and ensure product availability. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Planning, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to build and maintain forecast models and data in Oracle, while driving improvements in planning processes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory planning, or related supply chain role.
2+ years of experience with Oracle or a similar ERP system.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain demand forecasts for finished goods across business units.
Analyze historical data, identify trends, and use insights to improve forecast accuracy.
Review forecast assumptions and challenge conclusions that aren't supported by data.
Analyze forecast errors, stockouts, and excess inventory to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
Translate revenue forecasts into unit forecasts.
Monitor inventory levels and product availability at our U.S. distribution center.
Build forecasting models and scenarios using Excel and other analytical tools.
Maintain accurate planning and product data in Oracle.
Support SIOP process by gathering forecast information from domestic and international teams.
