Service Credit Union is seeking a full-time PMO Project Specialist to help deliver organizational outcomes within the PMO, focusing on project planning, stakeholder management, metrics, reporting, and collateral development in a hybrid work model in Portsmouth, NH. Responsibilities include governance, dashboard development, and ensuring projects meet timelines and budgets.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in project management; PM certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in project management, business administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a project management capacity or function.
• Project Management certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile delivery and formal PM methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead project teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Proficient with PMO tools including PMO products, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and JIRA.

Responsabilités

• Assist PMO and stakeholders through the project lifecycle.
• Assist in post-project reviews after closure.
• Oversee initiatives and ensure deadlines and budgets.
• Remove impediments and escalate issues as needed.
• Align scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables for all projects.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and governance.
• Facilitate change requests and communicate impacts.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Develop proficiency in PMO tools (PPM, Teams, Salesforce, JIRA).
• Maintain confidentiality of policies and data.
• Provide quality support and foster professional relationships.
• Regular attendance as a core function.
