Job summary

Swoon is seeking a Project Manager for a large credit union, with hybrid work in Hampton Roads, VA. The role covers initiating through closing of medium-to-large projects, including budgets, timelines, and risk plans.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, and report progress to leadership. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in PM or related field (PMP preferred), 2+ years in PM, strong communication and leadership, knowledge of Agile and Waterfall,

Duration: 1 year contract with high potential to extend/convert

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field, equivalent experience, or PMP certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, business, or financial services.
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; CAPM certification is a plus.
• Experience using Jira, Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet is preferred.
