Job summary

Sierra Central Credit Union is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives within the Project Management Office. You will oversee a team of project managers and department leaders, establish standards, and promote standardized methodologies across the organization.

Qualifications

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced IS/IT environment.
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Wrike, Jira, Smartsheet).
Strong understanding of IT governance and SDLC methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of enterprise-level projects.
Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resources.
Manage multiple concurrent initiatives within scope and budget.
Oversee PMO governance, standard methodologies, templates, and reporting.
Coach and develop a team of project managers and coordinators.
Deliver executive reports, dashboards, and strategic status updates.
