Job summary

Service Credit Union is seeking a full-time PMO Project Specialist who will contribute to the successful delivery of organizational outcomes by supporting the Project Management Office (PMO). Primary focus includes project planning and execution, stakeholder management, metrics tracking, reporting, and developing project collateral.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in a project management capacity.
• Project Management certification preferred.
• Experience with formal project management methodologies; Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Disciplined Agile) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMO and project stakeholders in moving through the project lifecycle, operating as a servant leader.
• Oversee project initiatives and ensure stakeholders meet deadlines and budgets; remove impediments.
• Align project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables for all assigned projects.
• Organize team members for each project and hold stakeholders accountable to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Facilitate change requests to inform impact on timelines, budget, and quality.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information and metrics.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and documentation to communicate project status and decisions.
