Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager / Enterprise Agile Delivery Lead to drive complex IT initiatives for the ETS portfolio. Remote contract with an in-person NYC interview, you will partner with product owners, regulators, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-impact solutions.

You will mentor IT project teams, organize scrum ceremonies, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure Azure DevOps adherence while advancing risk

Qualifications

Project Description

The ETS Business Systems Delivery (BSD) Customer Engagement Pega department supports, manages and implements a portfolio of ETS system capital initiatives with our Customer Operations, Electric Operations and Customer Energy Solution business partners. This ETS team supports each initiative from conception to implementation and provides the necessary ETS support required to either enhance existing systems, create or enhance interfaces and or design, develop, test and implement new applications.

The Customer Engagement Pega Team is looking for a senior Project Manager with strong communications skills, to work with our existing ETS delivery team to design, develop, test and implement key functional enhancements based on business requirements from our product owner and regulator. The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, can help foster relationships, facilitate and coordinate standard project operations and support and drive excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

• · Ensure the project team complies with operational standards and adheres to Microsoft Azure DevOps protocols for reporting tasks, defects, and time.
• · Organize and facilitate project status meetings, working sessions, and relevant scrum ceremonies (e.g., daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives).
• · Prepare and distribute comprehensive progress reports and meeting minutes.
• · Collaborate with the team to implement and maintain the overall project or work plan.
• · Collaborate with product owners to prepare business requirements documentation.
• · Coordinate project schedules in close collaboration with the Product Owner.
• · Oversee adherence to all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and knowledge transitions, to minimize impact on project delivery.
• · Effectively communicate all requirements, project plans, and changes in commitments to stakeholders.
• · Manage relationships and coordinate activities across teams in different locations.
• · Define release scope and schedule, prioritizing consistent and timely value delivery.
• · Work collaboratively to identify obstacles and proactively facilitate their resolution.
• · Seek management support to address and remove team impediments as necessary.
• · Represent the project team during meetings and official functions.
• · Develop and manage project and work plans for assigned program work streams.
• · Balance and adjust scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
