Entertainment Benefits Group is seeking a Hybrid Project Manager/Scrum Master to define, monitor, and deliver multiple projects ranging from short 1-month efforts to long-running programs. You will bridge the Scrum Master of a domain with the enterprise PMO, ensuring alignment of agile execution with portfolio, budget and stakeholder reporting needs.

The role requires solid PM experience in Agile with Scrum practices, strong communication, and the ability to work across Sales, Marketing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, project management or related field.
• 3+ years of project management or scrum experience delivering large-scale software initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum/Agile ceremonies and roles.
• Experience with resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, Monday.com and similar tools.
• Able to balance tactical execution with strategic planning.
• Knowledge of APIs in software/web development.

Responsabilités

• Work with stakeholders to define, plan and prioritize project elements based on objectives, cost/benefit, risk, timing and interdependencies.
• Provide proactive reporting on project status and demand utilization.
• Define and iterate on processes, roles, activities, artifacts, workflows and change management.
• Ensure alignment of team work with the broader project portfolio and enterprise priorities.
• Drive timelines in a matrixed organization with changing priorities.
• Serve as the primary contact for project status and performance.
• Lead groups and influence decisions without formal authority.
• Understand software development lifecycles in agile and waterfall environments.
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation activities for projects.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and promote self-organizing teams.
• Bridge Scrum Master domain with enterprise PMO to reflect work in sprints.
