Qualifications

• 7+ years project management experience with medium to high complexity.
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and process redesign.
• 5+ years experience managing IT/regulatory or enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, communication, and resource coordination.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communications plans, status reports, and executive updates.
• Manage cross-functional teams including internal IT, vendors, SMEs, and agency partners.
