CDM Smith Inc. is seeking a Digital Products & Services Project Manager to oversee a blended portfolio of standard SaaS product implementations and custom consulting engagements for public utility clients.

The role balances repeatable software deployments with high-value, billable services including data integrations and digital transformation assessments. The ideal candidate will manage forecasts, budgeting, and contract alignment while ensuring margins and revenue capture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blended portfolio of standard SaaS product implementations and custom digital services.
• Coordinate product deployments with Customer Success team to ensure tenancy configuration, cloud deployments, and training milestones.
• Manage and deliver custom technical services, including data integration architectures and programming sprints.
• Prepare and analyze monthly forecasts, re-budget labor funds with project accounting.
• Conduct portfolio cleanups to prevent cost creep and ensure contract performance payments.
