Job summary

High Bridge Consulting seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of strategic Utility Customer application projects as part of a Digital Transformation program.

The role requires PMP and Agile/Scrum credentials or proven Waterfall-to-Agile transition experience, plus a track record of managing large application projects. Hybrid work with 2 days in office per week in Paramus, NJ is expected.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification is required.
• Agile/Scrum Certification or strong experience transitioning from Waterfall to Agile.
• Experience managing large application implementation projects (not infrastructure upgrades).
• Hybrid work mode with 2 days in office per week (required).

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic IT projects in Utility Customer applications as part of the Digital Transformation program.
• Lead system analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and PMO compliance throughout project lifecycles.
