Trinnex, a digital solutions provider for the public utility sector, seeks a hybrid Digital Products & Services Project Manager to oversee a blended portfolio of standard product implementations and custom consulting engagements. You will balance software deployments with high-value services, ensuring scalable configurations and strong margin control.

The role requires a commercial mindset, strong forecasting, and deep experience in agile, PMI, or waterfall project delivery.

Qualificações

• Project Controls & Forecasting Mastery: create and manage schedules, forecasts and budgets for professional services and software accounts.
• Commercial & Financial Acumen: SaaS business models, labor utilization, profit margin structures, billing rules.
• Methodology Versatility: knowledge of Agile/Scrum, PMI standards and waterfall milestones.
• System & Technical Literacy: proficiency in complex data environments, data templates, integration parameters, Advanced Excel.
• Conflict Resolution & Stakeholder Management: strong communication across teams and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Blended Portfolio Management: lead a hybrid mix of standard SaaS deployments and custom digital services.
• Product Implementation Governance: coordinate software deployments with CS, ensuring configurations and training milestones are met.
• Custom Services & Roadmap Delivery: oversee data integrations and digital transformation engagements.
• Rigorous Monthly Forecasting & Re-Budgeting: prepare monthly forecasts and coordinate with accounting for labor re-allocation.
• Contractual Boundary Enforcement: manage Fixed-Fee vs. Time & Materials with scope control and contract modifications.
