CDM Smith Inc. is seeking a highly commercial Digital Products & Services Project Manager to oversee a blended portfolio of standard SaaS implementations and custom professional services for public utilities.

This role blends structured software deployments with high-value consulting engagements, including data integrations and digital transformation initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure configurations scale efficiently, manage margins, and coordinate with CS, project

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of related experience or equivalent for consideration.
• Experience managing blended SaaS/product delivery and professional services projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, PMI, and waterfall project milestones.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Blended Portfolio Management: oversee a hybrid mix of standard SaaS product implementations and custom digital services.
• Product Implementation Governance: coordinate software deployments, tenant config, cloud deployments, and training milestones with CS.
• Custom Services & Roadmap Delivery: manage custom technical services and data integration projects.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: monthly forecasts, labor reallocation, and ledger accuracy in coordination with Project Accounting.
• Portfolio cleanups: routine maintenance, closeouts, and ensuring invoices are billed correctly.
• Contractual Boundary Enforcement: differentiate Fixed-Fee vs. T&M scopes and manage contract changes.
