Job summary

The National Domestic Violence Hotline is seeking a Philanthropy Specialist to support fundraising, donor stewardship, and event execution. You will manage donor portfolios, coordinate events such as the National Conference on Domestic Violence, and collaborate with the Development Team to grow philanthropic support.

This full-time, hybrid role requires two days in the Austin office and offers comprehensive benefits and a $65,000 annual salary.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a Bachelor's degree in public administration, business, marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field.
• At least 3 years of fundraising, event management, hospitality, or related experience.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support individual giving, donor stewardship, and campaign initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for fundraising and engagement events and prepare materials.
• Maintain donor records in CRM and generate portfolio reports for leadership.
• Collaborate across teams to drive donor engagement and fundraising growth.
