Job summary

Domestic Violence Services of Southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a fundraising leader to engage stakeholders and advance DV prevention initiatives in the community. You will drive donor solicitation, cultivate major gifts, and work with the Executive Team and Board to align strategies with the organization's mission.

The role requires several years of nonprofit fundraising leadership, proven donor stewardship, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of professional fundraising experience.
• 3+ years of managerial experience in a nonprofit environment.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with donor CRM systems and donor stewardship.
• Bachelor's degree in related field; MSW/MA preferred.
• Ability to develop multi-year development plans and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspiring leadership to engage stakeholders and end domestic violence.
• Solicit and retain donors.
• Develop fundraising strategies aligned with DVSSP's values.
• Lead creation, implementation and evaluation of multi-year development plans.
• Identify and cultivate major and planned giving donors.
• Manage donor database, reporting, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Executive Team and Board on fundraising goals and activities.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for board meetings.
