Job summary

PTSD Foundation of America seeks a Manager of Philanthropy and Fundraising to build and sustain relationships with individual, corporate, and community donors and sponsors. The role drives annual revenue and ensures compliance with donor policies while collaborating with Marketing, Finance, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field such as business, communications, marketing, or nonprofit management.
• Three years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, business development, account management, or sales, including direct responsibility for securing and stewarding gifts, sponsorships, or client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of individual, corporate, business, and community donors and sponsors to meet revenue goals.
• Develop donor and account plans, giving proposals, and sponsorship packages.
• Conduct donor and sponsor meetings, including occasional evening/weekend events.
