Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist (Non-State Specific) license required.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy.
• 5+ years of related pharmacy experience or PGY-1 residency plus 2 years in managed care pharmacy.
